Refund Policy

We are grateful for every donation. Because gifts are put to work quickly, donations are generally non-refundable.

Errors

If you donated a wrong amount or were charged twice, email info@ananditafoundation.org within 7 days with your transaction reference. Verified errors are refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Monthly donations

You can cancel a recurring donation at any time by writing to us; no further payments will be taken.

80G receipts

If a donation is refunded, the matching 80G receipt is cancelled.
