Anandita Foundation (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Donations: name, email, phone, PAN (only if you request an 80G receipt) and donation details.
• Caregiver registrations: identity and contact details (mobile verified by one-time password), date of birth, photograph, address, education, qualifications, experience, skills, availability, identity/qualification documents and, optionally, bank details for paying you.
• Patient care requests: requester contact details and the patient's details, condition, care needs, location, hospital information, emergency contact and any medical documents you choose to upload.
• Contact & newsletter: the details you type into the form.

How we use it

Only to process your donation and issue receipts, respond to your enquiry, coordinate volunteering, and send updates you asked for. We never sell or rent your data.

Health information and documents

Medical details and uploaded documents are used only to assess care needs, verify caregivers and arrange safe care. They are stored privately, are visible only to authorised Anandita Foundation staff, and are shared with an assigned caregiver only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules.

Payments

Card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store card numbers or banking passwords.

Retention & your rights

We keep donation records as required by Indian tax law. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your other personal data by emailing info@ananditafoundation.org.

This site uses a single session cookie to keep forms secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
