What does Anandita Foundation do?
Anandita Foundation is a non-profit organisation working in education, women's empowerment, healthcare access and sustainable livelihoods across underserved communities in India. We partner with local leaders and community volunteers to create lasting, grassroots-led change.
Is my donation eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G?
Yes. Anandita Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donors receive an official receipt and a tax exemption certificate upon request.
How can I volunteer with Anandita Foundation?
You can apply by filling out the volunteer interest form on our website. We welcome both field volunteers and remote contributors with skills in education, healthcare, communications and fundraising.
Where does Anandita Foundation operate?
We primarily operate in Gujarat. Our programmes reach rural, tribal and peri-urban communities across 12 districts. We are expanding to new geographies through partnerships with aligned local organisations.
How is my donation used?
76% of our expenditure goes directly to field programmes. Our annual report, available for download, provides a full breakdown of fund utilisation, beneficiary numbers and programme outcomes.
How do I request a caregiver or hospital attendant for a patient?
Fill in the care request form with the patient's condition, location, shift and preferences. You receive a Request ID straight away, and a care coordinator reviews the requirement before matching a verified caregiver. For an emergency, please also call us.
How can I work as a caregiver or hospital attendant with Anandita Foundation?
Complete the caregiver registration. After document checks, orientation and a competency assessment, we assign your care level and start matching you with patients. Freshers are welcome.
Can companies partner with Anandita Foundation for CSR?
Yes. We offer structured CSR partnerships that align with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. We provide impact assessments, field visits and co-branded reporting for corporate partners. Explore CSR partnership.
